✔Who pays the return shipping costs?

If you want to return a product to BeautyProducts, these costs will be for the buyer. Only returns with Track & Trace are accepted. This is important so that we can always see where the return is located.

The returns are at your own risk and we prefer that you send the product with a tracking code.

Steps to follow to return your item:

  1. Indicate your return in advance via info@beautyyproducts.com
  2. You will then receive the return form (return is only possible after approval via our email)
  3. Send the item, including the completed form, in its original packaging to our address
  4. We cannot credit returns that are not carefully packed / damaged.
  5. As soon as we have received your return, we will refund the amount within 14 working days if the product is received in good order.

Keep in mind that returning your product is at your own expense and risk!
